This olive oil comes from the sun-drenched countryside of Tunisia, where irrigation is natural and just right for olive trees and where 90% of the olive groves are never treated with pesticides and the likes. Tunisia is the fourth largest producer of olive oil, after Spain, Italy, and Greece and second largest exporter. And actually, from the beginning of time Spain and Italy have always bought the majority of Tunisia’s olive oil in bulk and called it its own. Huileries Bouricha & Fils or HB Mills were established in 1938 by Ameur Bouricha, member of the International Federation of Olive Growers.
