HELLA AKROUT
She grew up with the extra virgin olive oil produced by her grandfather as a reference. Today, as an adult, she wants to share the quality and taste of real extra virgin olive oil from Tunisia. She says “Tunisia has a treasure that has been hidden; it’s time to discover it.”


RACHID BOURICHA
He grew up with grandfather’s olive oil and decided to work in his mill. He mastered the production and became a certified Olive Oil Sommelier. He is in a constant quest for perfection of the production of olive oil.
